Hayley McLean is an artist and chef living in New Hampshire. In 2012 she received her BFA from The College of Art and Design at Lesley University and most recently she received her Professional Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. Her ultimate goal in life is to combine her two passions - Art and Cooking. That is where her idea for Artistic Tastings came into play. This website is an exploration of those two ideas. Hayley’s artistic inspiration comes from nature and the beauty of everyday life. Her culinary inspiration comes from using locally sourced ingredients to recreate classic comfort foods into healthy alternatives.
You can often find her spending time with her husband and son, trying to find a new running route in the woods, walking around her local farmers market or photographing obscure things in nature.
